Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order only before delivery. Please contact us immediately, and we will process a full refund. Once an order has been delivered, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds verified and approved by our policy will be processed promptly, although it may take several business days for the funds to appear on your card statement.

We appreciate our customers’ understanding that once a digital item has been delivered, it becomes available for online activation, making returns impractical, as we cannot resell such items.

Warranty Information

Our activation warranty is valid for 15 days from the purchase date, while the replacement warranty lasts for only 7 days from the date of the replacement. We offer complimentary support for 6 months from the purchase date. After this period, you can opt for paid support at a fee of Rs. 200. In the rare event that you receive a key that fails to activate or encounter any activation issues; we assure you that we will either resolve the problem or provide a replacement code as per our policy.

We may request screenshots of the error for better investigation or remote access. Upon receiving your support request, we will respond swiftly with a solution. If we cannot resolve your issue, we will issue a replacement after verifying the problem per our policy.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will not be granted if the key fails to work due to being used on an incorrect edition, an outdated version, or any system incompatibility from your side unrelated to the product key purchased from us.

You will also be ineligible for a refund, replacement, or any form of compensation in cases of erroneous purchases. All relevant details are provided in the product description, so we encourage you to read it thoroughly before completing your purchase.

For products that require a login ID and password, it is your responsibility to remember and record the password you set. We cannot assist you if you forget the password you have established.

Note: Our team will assess and verify eligibility for refunds and replacements via remote access. Once we confirm the details from our end, we will promptly initiate a refund to your original payment method, which should reflect within 3-5 business days.

We cannot assist with refunds or replacements if you do not cooperate with us or adhere to our refund and replacement policy, which you accepted when placing your order.
